1️⃣ Chargeback Protection Policy

By completing a purchase on hydrarituals.ca, the customer agrees to contact Hydra Rituals directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback after receiving the product may be considered abuse of our policy.

Hydra Rituals reserves the right to:

• Provide proof of delivery and transaction records to the payment processor
• Deny future purchases from customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks
• Recover associated dispute fees where applicable

2️⃣ Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect our customers and business, Hydra Rituals reserves the right to:

• Cancel or hold orders flagged as high-risk by our payment processor
• Request additional verification for suspicious transactions
• Refuse service to customers suspected of fraudulent activity

If additional verification is required, our team will contact you via email.

Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled and refunded.

3️⃣ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Hydra Rituals reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to:

• Inventory errors
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Technical errors

Customers will be notified if an order is cancelled.

4️⃣ Refused Delivery Policy

If a customer refuses delivery of an order:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs (charged by the carrier) will be deducted from the refund
• Orders returned due to incorrect address entry are subject to re-shipping fees

Hydra Rituals is not responsible for additional shipping costs incurred due to refused delivery.

5️⃣ Subscription Policy (If Activated in Future)

If Hydra Rituals offers subscription-based purchases:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal date
• Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions via their account portal
• Refunds are not issued for orders already processed under subscription renewal
• Promotional discounts tied to subscriptions may be removed if subscription is cancelled

Hydra Rituals reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms with notice.

6️⃣ Influencer & Promotional Discount Code Policy

Promotional or influencer discount codes:

• Must be applied at checkout
• Cannot be applied retroactively
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated
• May have minimum purchase requirements
• Are valid for a limited time only

Hydra Rituals reserves the right to:

• Disable discount codes at any time
• Cancel orders where codes are misused or manipulated
• Limit code usage per customer

Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.
