Shipping Location
We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Any applicable promotions (such as free shipping thresholds) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Promotional Free Shipping Codes
From time to time, Hydra Rituals may offer free shipping promotional codes as part of limited-time marketing campaigns.

Damaged or Missing Packages

We stand behind our products. However, due to hygiene and safety standards, returns are limited.
Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
• Discounted, promotional, or sale items are final sale.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
